Ingredients : 
1) 150 grams Paneer(Indian Cheese) 
2) 1 cup frozen peas ( washed) You can use fresh peas also 
3) 2 Medium sized onion, finely chopped 
4) I cube of unsalted butter but if u hv salted butter then watch salt as per your taste 
5) 2 big spoon cooking oil 
6) 2 tsp Dahi or yogurt 
7) 1 cup tomato purée ( can make purée with fresh tomatoes) 
8) 1 Cinnamon stick
9) 1 tsp salt as per your taste 
10) 1 tsp turmeric powder 
11) 1 tsp corriander powder 
12) 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste together 
13) 1 tsp Degi mirch 
14) 1 tsp Kitchen king masala 
15) 2 tsp Kasoori methi ( dry Fenugreek leaves) 
16) Half tsp red chilies powder 
17) 1/2 tsp of garam masala 
18) 1/2 tsp of roasted jeera powder 
19) fresh corriander leaves, chopped 
20) One and a half cups water
Preparation Method: 
(A) Before giving Tadka : 
1) sprinkle Kasoori methi ( Fenugreek leaves) on paneer ( by crushing leaves in your palms) and mix well 
2) Add to yoghurt ( dahi) , coriander powder, Degi mirch powder and turmeric ( haldi) powder and mix well 
(B) Tadka : 
1) Pre- heat IP for 3 minutes and set sauté button initially for 10 minutes and change minutes as per-the need of the recipe 
2) put oil , butter – once heated -add cinnamon stick, ginger/ garlic paste and mix well 
3) Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes ( or until onion turn golden brown)- stir in between 
4) Now add dahi mix and sauté 15 minutes, stir well 
5) Add tomato purée, salt , sauté till oil oozes out
6) Add kitchen king masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder and some freshly chopped coriander leaves, mix 1-2 minutes and then add 1/2 ( half) cup water – sauté 5 minutes 
7)Now add paneer, mix slowly so that not to break paneer cubes add rest one cup water , mix well 
8) Close IP lid , off sauté and keep warm button —set steam valve on sealing and set pressure cooker button ON for 5 minutes 
9) After 5 minutes done , then wait till steam valve goes down ( so that steam is released completely) 
10) Open lid and add garam masala powder, mix well and dish out.
