Dhania Pudina Chutney || Coriander and Mint Chutney

Dhania ( coriander) and Pudina ( mint) Chutney :
Ingredients:
1) Fresh Dhania – 1 bunch ( washed thoroughly)
2) Fresh Pudina Leaves – 15 – 20
3) Green chilies- 5
4) Lemon Juice- 11/2 tablespoon
5) Ginger- 1 inch cut into pcs
6) Crushed Ice – 1 to 2 cubes
7) Sugar- 1/2 teaspoon
8) Onion – 1 medium, cut into pcs
9) salt — 1/2 teaspoon ( as per taste)
10) Dahi ( yogurt) – 2 teaspoon stirred
11) Water – small quantity, if needed

Method:
1) Put fresh dhania leaves ( with good stems) in the blender
2) put all ingredients also ( except Dahi and water ) , in the blender
3) close blender lid and blend the chatni well for about 3 minutes , till it becomes a very fine paste
4) Please check the consistency of the chatni ( if thick one can add a little bit water)
5) Dish out the chatni in 2 containers
6) in one container, add dahi ( yogurt)
7) Spicy chatni ( without dahi) , you can enjoy with samosas , pakoras, patties , chat , puri/ roti/ parantha or kababs
8) chatni ( with dahi) , you can enjoy with paneer tikka , kababs and tikkas
