Ingredients:
1) 350 grams Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese).
2) Bell peppers 1/4 piece of each Colored Orange,Yellow and Red, cut into small pieces
3) 2 medium sized Onions(chopped into small pieces
4) 1 Big Tomato (chopped into small pieces )
5) 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
6) 1 tsp Ginger paste
7) 2 small Green Chilies finally chopped ( optional )
8) 1 Cinnamon stick
9) 2 Green Cardamom
10)1 tsp Salt ( as per taste)
11) Half tsp Red Chilies powder
12) Half tsp Turmeric ( haldi)
13) Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
14) 4-5 tsp Water( in case of need).
Method of Preparation:
1) Pre- heat Kadai on medium flame ? and put Oil.
2) Once oil is heated put Onion( change flame to medium- low) , Add Ginger paste and sauté for 3 minutes
3) Add Cinnamon stick, Cardamom, all Bell peppers , Green chilies , sauté for 3 minutes and cover lid ( stir in between)
4) Add Tomatoes and all masalas (turmeric, red chilies and salt) mix well( flame ? on medium- low.)
5) Again cover the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes
6) Add Indian Cheese ( paneer)-mix well- cover lid and cook for 4 minutes with flame on LOW.
7) Add Coriander leaves – mix
8) Paneer ( Indian cheese) bhurji is ready to eat.
