Spicy and tasty Jeera aloo :
Ingredients:
1) potatoes: 4 medium sized , boiled and peeled, cut into small pcs
2) oil ( cooking): 1 tablespoon
3) Jeera ( cumin seeds) : 1 teaspoon
4) Turmeric ( haldi) : 1 teaspoon
5) Hing ( asafetida) – 1/8 teaspoon
6) Salt : 1 teaspoon ( as per your taste)
7) kitchen king masala : 1 teaspoon
8) Red chilies powder: 1 teaspoon
9) Coriander powder dry : 1 teaspoon
10) Fresh green chilies: 3 chopped
11) Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method:
1) pre heat Kadai ( pan ), flame on medium, put oil
2) once kadai is heated , put jeera , wait till Jeera crackles
3) put hing , haldi , salt – mix well – flame ???? on low – cook masala for 1 -2 minutes
4) After 2 minutes add boiled potato pcs , mix well , change flame on low to medium- cook for 2 minutes
5) After 2 minutes put rest of masalas and some coriander leaves
6) mix well , let it cook for 3-4 minutes and mash 2-3 potato pcs- mix well again
7) off the flame and dish out jeera aloo subzi- let it cool to make patties
8) To make patties , take bread of your choice ( we have taken white and multigrain breads)
9) cut all the sides of bread pcs and fill one side with jeera aloo subzi , cover with other bread piece and put in patty maker , brushing melted butter on bottom of patty maker and on top of bread and close the patty maker lid
10) Crisp patties are ready
11) you can eat spicy jeera aloo in breakfast, lunch , tea , dinner or as a side dish.
12) Also , you can eat with roti, parantha or puri .
