Sunita Goel- Atte ka Halwa-
Ingredients:
1) 1 cup multigrain atta (wheat flour)
2)1 cup ghee (pure ghee)
3)1 Tbsp Besan (gram flour)
4)1 cup sugar (i have used white sugar)
5) Almonds to garnish- pre- soaked in hot water for 30 minutes, peeled and sliced)
6) Two and a half cup water.
Method:
Turn flame to medium- to-low and put a kadai. Heat water in a separate pot and mix sugar and stir sugar so that it is dissolved in water. Let water boil and turnoff gas. Put pure ghee in kadai and let it warm. After 1 minute, put atta in ghee and stir continuously so that there are no lumps in atta. Stir continuously until atta turn a little brown. Now time to add besan and stir well.
